Endeavour personal finanace !!!!!
Hi ,dont know whether anyone can help me we have had a loan with endeavour personal finance for 3 years for and still have another 12 years to go ,took it out for 26500 plus ppi for 3578 so total is 30077 for 180 mths at the rate of 10.9% apr ,i wanted to check it i can claim the unenforceable of the loan .
at the start of this year i claimed that i was mis sold the ppi by the broker loans.co.uk that sold it to me and they gave me a refnd but since then i havent got an renewed copy of my credit agreement taking off the ppi ,and since then i have got a statement from endeavour and they said the opening annual rate of interest is 11.428& is this right that the rate of interest can change.
just now looking at the statement for example it says 30/04/09 credit 325.00 and then above interst debit 172.00 ,i am so so so confused ,please help and dont judge .

If you're talking about the CCA route then I'm pretty certain it doesn't cover loans over £25k.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

it says it is a unregulated credit agreement (incororating legal charge ) i know i sound stupid but want does this mean and should the company have given me another agreement when the ppi was taken off the orginail one x0
