Hi everyone, not posted for a while, but have been reading the boards daily!!

I would just like to warn people (especially on this forum), that you never know exactly who are reading your posts.

Without divulging into too much information, the IS were made aware of my circumstances by someone giving them details of where to find my diary entries posted on this board.
I will never know exactly who tipped the IS off, could be an employee of the IS, or just some random poster who felt a "moral" obligation to dob me in.........

Thankyou for the reminder elfieb....absolutely right...this is a public forum & anyone can be reading....that includes ( very likely ) the IS too.

Maybe a warning on giving dates & times of the court /BR hearing could be advised so to protect the anonimity of posters.

I do know of four or five IS staff that regularly read this forum some examiners and some OR's (mine did) and there could be many many more that I dont know.. ...I do try to warn people of the perils when posting court/date and case number along with other various obvious info on here....many listen many dont

I very much doubt its someone from the IS thats seen your diary posts...for one thing they dont have time to deal with the cases they have let alone sit here hunting people down...I know its naughty to do whats been done to you BUT if you've nothing to hide in the 1st place?

On another note...my "safe" bank account has been victim to fraud! Some joker took out a direct debit on my account, and completely cleared it!
Was very nearly sick when I saw my statement!
Bank have assured me that the money will be back in my account within 24 hours (still not there yet mind you, and I rang them yesterday) under an indemnity clause.
Also waiting for a phone call from the fraud team.

It's for this reason that when I posted wondering if we were too far on in our BR to get a BRU that I used phrases like 'in the next few weeks' or 'soon' when saying when our AD was.

In our case we had nothing to hide, but didn't want to give our OR a tip-off we were half expecting a BRU in case he felt the need to oblige!!

its as long as you dont include other information such as dates/court/case reference etc...then due to the nature of this place nobody then can really be found..

If you say you were made BR at such and such a court at blah o'clock then it can be possible to trace names.

So it is best to try and not give to many personal details.

They dont just read it to check on people, they have also changed a lot of things that strangely where a hot topic on here at the time
