Could anyone please tell me what we have to take to court on the day of our hearing?

There are 2 forms you need to complete. Different courts operate different systems, some you have to take the forms in before the day of the hearing and then make an appointment for the hearing. You would be best phoning the court beforehand to check what system they operate and how many copies of each you have to take in.Bankrupt 07/10/2009
