Any benefit from waiting to be on electoral register?

I won't be on the electoral role until mid July, having just registered after moving to rented accommodation in mid July 2005. I was last on the register at my previous address more than ten years ago and that's not correctable.
I'm looking for properties around 90,000. Gross salary 34,000 at present likely to rise to the 40% tax range by the end of this year. I'm in my first month of PAYE employment with my employer, having been a contractor for one year with them already. Employment history prior to that will be unhelpful - I was doing voluntary work for a charity web site for a year or two and low-income casual consulting for a few years prior to that, having decided to take a break for a few years. No useful income data for the period is available. I'm between 40 and 45 years old.
Experian and Equifax show only about 7 months of payment history, all either on time or no data. No CCJs and nothing else negative to find; no more than two searches in the last six months, no more than one or two in the preceding six months. I didn't seek a report from the other CRA. I've been with my current bank, NatWest, for around 20 years but it doesn't report positive information to the CRAs. Current savings roughly match current credit available and I've no debt beyond regular credit card bills I pay in full.
Mortgage term will be set to give monthly payments of about 850, leaving 7,000 of income for maximum ISA and 6% for maximum employer-matched pension contribution. I've cash for a 10% deposit and a family member will provide 20,000 for either offset mortgage use or for a deposit if there's significant benefit from going below 75% LTV. It's possible that work will desire that I relocate in two years or so; if that happens I'll probably rent the property rather than selling - the rental market here for landlords is excellent and likely to improve.
Properties here worth buying are typically sold within days, so a commitment from a lender subject to survey and valuation would be of value.
I'm not forced to buy now, I simply see benefit in having my rent going to my own benefit rather than that of a landlord.
Am I likely to receive significant benefit from waiting until the credit reference agencies show me as being on the electoral register?
Advisors who can source a mortgage from any lender in the market who will sell through an advisor are welcome to contact me privately.

I think that if you have a chat with a whole of market adviser, you will be able to find a lender to suit your needs - not being on the lectoral register should not be a problem with most lenders.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. As above provided you can provide other evidence to back up your address history and give an explanation as to why you came off the electoral register at your previous address and did not re-register lenders should be able to help. However, being on the electoral register may have a positive affect on your credit rating/score.0
