Can anyone help please? I am eager to get a copy of Fay Ripley's "Made up Tuscan Sausage Stew" recipe. It's the last of the One Pot Wonders section in the Tesco Food Club Magazine Oct 09. If anyone has it and could scan it & e-mail it to me I'd be very grateful. I believe it's also in the Family Food book. Thanks!

1 tbsp olive oil
6 sausages

2x400g tins chopped tomatoes
1x410g tin cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 bay leaf
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tnsp good quality pesto
(1) pre-heat oven to 180C, Gas 6, heat oil in casserole dish and brown sausages for 5 mins
(2) add onion, carrot, celery and pepper to soften, adding a little more oil if needed and cook for 10 mins
(3) dissolve stock cube in a mug of boiling water and add to the pot with tinned tomatoes, cannellini beans, tomato puree, bay leaf and oregano, bring to a simmer
(4) cook in oven with lid on for 30-40 mins, stir in pesto and serve immediately0 -
