Help-spaghetti squash

I have 2 of these from the veg box, and am at a bit of a loss what to do-have searched the forum but not many results-apart from cooking and using like pasta? Is that all I can do with it? I am presuming, as it is a winter squash, that it tastes NOTHING like courgettes? (please tell me so-I cannot stand them, and can't eat…

I get an organic veg box from a lovely local lady. A £10 variety box has plenty of lovely produce to keep me, himself & my chickens happy for a week.
I like the excitement of not knowing what I'm going to get. It has made us try things we would not normally have bought, including spaghetti squash, which we both loved.
