Get yourself some breakdown cover £10. Do you wear suits to work? If so add dry cleaning £10. Do you pay union/ professional fees?

Have a play with the figures and then post the new SoA.

OH doesn't work as our children are 2 and 4. one is at school and one is due to start nursery early next year.

Water rates included in Rent, suits are only required when meeting customers otherwise standard business wear it is.

Added breakdown cover, also would it worthwhile cancelling the Life insurance for now and then starting it back up once we have gone BR

I didn't have anything down for a holiday but when the examiner went through my SOA with me she said that I was to put £80 for holidays. Bankruptcy is there to help people breathe. Every single professional through bankruptcy treat you with respect and understanding. They know that this 'totting up' of figures is to be done fairly so that a bankrupt never has to rely on credit especially as gaining credit is not an option.
  • We cancelled our life insurance and started it again after BR, we had it on our SOA and it was allowed, after BR we cancelled that policy and started another one that the trustee had no interest in.
oops: edit.. i tried to cancle it but they would not let me as the trustee had a interest in it, i stopped paying it and am still getting letters telling me im behind with my premium... the last letter i received friday gone, also included a copy of my BR in it with our trustee stamped on it!! cant see why they sent it me and still asked for payment im just hoping they will get fed up of asking soon...
