I need expert for my council tax

If you have a lodger, you are presumably already benefiting from rent a room relief-a generous concession that allows you some or all of that income tax free.
It's unlikely that your lodger pays you less per month than 25% of the council tax, so you are actually making a tax free profit. The size of your mortgage doesn't become the council's problem because you have a tenant on housing benefit. As others have said, there may be scope for raising the rent, but there may not-there are limits to what councils will pay, and you might lose your tenant altogether.import this0 -
But can y tell me what is the advantage of some one living in same house with me when that person on benefit and not paying council tax and I am paying all bills Inc gas, electric ... etc.
I have kick to him out.
Now let me think .... who should be paying the council tax on a house that YOU own, YOU live in and YOU use the local services of ?
Oh yes of course - it's ME the taxpayer, via the benefit system as usual.......0
