Unblocking bidders on ebay

I hope this is in the right forum - apologies if not!!

I have got some items up on ebay an have two people (one from USA and one from France) interested in bidding. I have tried everything to unblock them. Any suggestions please. The items finish tomorrow Sunday 18.10.09

    This will allow you to unblock specific buyers. (If you want to find it yourself for safety it is called a exemption list, just type that into the help system.) :)
