It's the same software you had to download for the free Hovis loaf. It uninstalls easily.

Wont work on my mac (OS X 10.5.8) and the contact-us-and-tell-us-why-you-can't-print-the-coupon page, flashes on the screen and disappears.
If anyone works out how to make it work on a mac, please let me know.
