Squid!

Hi all
I got some frozen squid out yesterday morning for a dinner party tonight, but it's been cancelled. We can't eat it all, but it needs to be used within 24 hours.
Don't want to have to throw it out - can anyone think of anything I can do with it? If I cook it and then reheat it later will it poison me?

So long as you cook it it should reheat without killing you! The issue is cooking it asap.
Lots of things with Squid on the BBC website

I could make it better myself at home. All I need is a small aubergine...
I moved to Liverpool for a better life.
And goodness, it's turned out to be better and busier!0 -

If you do find a recipe to use, surely you should be able to cook it, eat some, then freeze the excess in single portion sizes to eat whenever you need it? (Assuming it wasn't cooked before you orginally froze it).No trees were killed to send this message, but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced. - Neil deGrasse Tyson (@neiltyson)0

Hee hee, they did actually! Squid is delicious, I don't understand how anyone could not like it! Can't eat the little tentacles though... Liver, now that's another matter...
Thanks all, if it's OK to freeze and reheat will just cook it all and freeze what ever is left then.0
