Neither OH nor tax advisor have been able to get through to our lady in abbey, despite having left several messages on voicemail for her.

IR forms are coming through the post. Once they've been sent to the Abbey, (assuming they are the right ones) how long on avergae until we get the mortgage offer? Our EA rang today to find out what was happening, and when we told her the Abbey were holding things up, she started laying into them and told us their admin was awful. Fully inspiring chat, that one.

We've just had word today that our buyers won't sign anything until they have a completion date. I'd probably do the same as them, but the thought that Abbey's incompetence may lose us our buyers is lurking at the back of my mind.
