Hi, I recentley succesfully placed an interim Charging Order against someone who owes me money. The Final Hearing has been set for next month and I am unsure as to whether to attend myself or pay my solicitor to attend. I have no idea how much the solicitor will charge but feel that I am throwing good money after bad at the moment so trying to save as much as possible. has any else attended such a hearing as the claimant, don't know what would be invloved. Thanks in advance.

Pay a solicitor.
If the other party turns up or sends a solicitor and they argue legal arguments you may well be stuffed.0
