Cheers Phil,
Thing is I guess im screwed if I do screwed if I don't?
If i kick up a stink, go over their head then the case handler could go on a power trip, If i dont the Bi could rise significantly in the next 18 months.

Looks like my theory is right.
They didnt ring me back, again so I callled them.
They can't find any information since my file has hit them, probably they say, due to my case handler being on long term sick. I will just have to bear with them while they try and work through it all again, as they are not now in a position to just send out an offer letter.
Checked my mortgage redemtion fee and it drops off in Feb (£12k ish). Call me cynical but can anyone guess when they will "find" the missing info:rolleyes:0
