You'll experience an exciting adventure in Kathmandu and the Himalayas, including jungle treking before searching for the one-horned Indian rhino. There is also a slap up meal in a top London hotel on your return.

‘Be Nathan Drake’ Promotion
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY</B>
1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.
2. To enter this promotion, you must go to www.benathandrake.com, answer the specified multiple choice question and submit your details.
3. This promotion opens for entries on 15th October 2009 at 20:00 BST and closes for entries on 28 December 2009 at 23:59 GMT.
4. All eligible entrants who have submitted the correct answer to the multiple choice question during the entry period will be placed into a draw. The draw will take place within 30 days of the closing date.
5. The first entry drawn at random (the "Winner") will win a 19-day trip for 2 people to Nepal and dinner in a restaurant in London as described below.
6. The prize for the Winner and their guest (who must be aged 18 or over) will comprise the following:
(i) Trip to Nepal
- Economy return flights from the UK to Nepal (see paragraph 7 for relevant departure dates);
- Transfers to and from the airport in Nepal;
- 4 nights accommodation in a twin room at 3* hotel on a bed and breakfast basis;
- 2 nights in a Jungle lodge twin share;
- 8 nights camping (camping equipment supplied)
- 2 nights in a guesthouse
- £200 spending money;
- Activities including trekking, white water rafting and time in the Chitwan jungle on elephant back;
- Travel Insurance (conditions apply)
(ii) Dinner (on return from Nepal)
- Dinner at a London restaurant;
- Return train tickets to London (if required);
- One night’s accommodation in a twin room 3* hotel or above on a bed and breakfast basis;
- Return transfers from the train station to the hotel (if required)
The Winner will have the option of taking two additional guests to the dinner. No transfers, accommodation or travel will be provided for the two additional guests.
The Dinner will take place on a date to be agreed with the Winner but in any event must be no later than one month of returning from the trip.
(iii) Presentation Pack
7. To be eligible for the prize, entrants must have a valid passport that will remain valid at the time of travel and must be able to depart for Nepal for a 19-day trip on one of the following dates:
22 Jan 2010; 26 Feb 2010; 26 Mar 2010;
8. Some of the activities forming part of the prize may have tough half or full day walks for up to 8 hours over rough paths or animal tracks, involving ascent and descent on steep slopes (up to 1000 metres). Maximum altitude is around 4000 metres and as with all trips, the Winner and their companion will be required carry a day pack for essentials. Good physical condition is essential and previous hill walking experience or preparation is advisable. By entering this promotion and claiming the prize, the Winner and their companion acknowledge that they are aware of the nature of the activities, are in good general health and agree to participate in the activities at their own risk. The Winner and their companion will be required to sign a disclaimer.
9. The next four entries drawn at random from all eligible entries (the “Runners-up”) will be awarded a PlayStation®3 and a copy of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.
10. In the case of the prizes awarded to the Runners-up, if the prizes are found to be defective or damaged on delivery, the Promoter must be notified in writing within 7 days of the delivery date, otherwise the prizes will be deemed to be accepted as delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights (if any).
11. The Winner and Runners-Up will be notified by e-mail and must claim their prize within 10 days of the notification. Prizes for the Runners-Up shall be delivered via courier or first class post.
12. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter, its agents and sub-contractors for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
13. The Promoter may require proof of age, and reserves the right to request that the Winner and their companion send copies of their respective passports to the Promoter for verification.
