Csa help

15 years of trying to get the CSA to make the ex pay and here i still am with not a penny for my children...not children any more i hasten to add. One being 16 the other now 17. This man has fathered numerous other children since he did a runner from his first borns, all with different poor souls, probably trying to get some money from him too  I have kept track on the elusive man over the years and everytime with new leads have given the information to the CSA...all to no avail, the can still not enforce payment because he has either moved, appeared to no longer reside at address, or become unemployed !!!!
I know where he lives, i know he has lived happily with his new 24 year old girlfriend and 5 year old son, i know he is self employed. The CSA have this information but still are unable to enforce anything as he apparantly does not live at this address. the amazing case of a vanishing man perhaps ?
I have had enough, so payed for a PI to track and trace him, not the cheapest action, but someone has to do something here. He has been traced to the address the CSA already have, i have sent them proof of the PI investigations. Still no joy. What can i do now. Why have i had to struggle working long hours to support my boys whilst this cretin sits pretty and lives the high life, laughing in the face of the CSA and us tax payers.
Can i sue the CSA for their lack of action?
Can i take the father to court independantly to get the monies owed to my boys?
Its not even about the money anymore, its more the principle of things and making these absent pay up for offspring they helped bring into the world

I wouldnt call a 17 year old grown up myself, driving lessons, bus fares to and from military college etc etc. 16 year old still in full time education...i could go on...
And unless you are going to be helpful on your comments them i would kindly request you didnt comment at all.
I lack the time and patience from people who think its amusing to bring up 2 children alone whilst trying to provide without state aid. I work long hours to give them the stability they need so seriously dont waste my time

Their father had a duty to support these kids whilst they were growing up and so far has evaded to do this. The OP has every right to pursue this, and I for one wish her good luck.

This works both ways. Although I totally agree that if a father is completely dodging the CSA then go for it, He sounds like a right ********* !! lol however why should I work long hours to support my daughter and his 2 kids (they live with their mother but she does nothing for them) While she sits on her backside refusing to work, but claiming any amount of benefits as her new husband works, they have another 2 children, my god she gets more in benefits a month than I do working full time !!! And wanting more money off us (we were paying her directly) so she can spend her time in the hairdressers, book fabulous holidays for her new husband and new kids (not the ones shes claiming for mind) So in the case of the CSA not doing much, believe me your dead right. You have a crap ex who wont pay up, My hubby has a greedy vindictive ex who wont stop till she has blood !!!!!!

What reasons have the CSA given for not believing the address that you have? If he is SE they can access his records and do an assessment on him unless what he may be doing is cash in hand work which is not regisitered with the IR - in which case you would get a nil assessment. Choices? Dob him in to the IR if you have evidence of his working that he may not have declared. Gather as much evidence and make a complaint that the CSA are not giving a reason for not accepting your evidence - do it via your MP. What evidence did the PI get?

The CSA have it wrong on all sides, they persue the fathers who are paying and have every intention of doing so then dont seek the ones who have no intention what so ever of supporting their offspring.
The reasons the CSA gave me and continue to fob me off with, is that they cannot enforce any payment unless he responds to the correspondance they are sending. As his partner tells them he does not reside with her and sends back any letters not know at this address they are unable to do anything...apparantly !!!
On the work front, he is a self employed builder and did fill in a tax return in 2007, the CSA were able to confirm this but as soon as they caught up with him he signed on as unemployed and i was awarded a grand amount of £2 per week for 2 children...i havent seen a penny of this. Action again was taken by the CSA by sending in the bailiffs to remove goods....he didnt reside at that address any longer.....funny that.
The PI has provided proof of address for him for the current date and the previous 2 addresses...all of which the CSA already had but couldnt track him ??? He also provided proof that the man resides and has resided with the partner in all the addresses provided plus that she is claiming as a single mother, proof of him working is almost impossible to do until he does a tax return, but its doubtful this will happen this year as he does not want to pay up.
He has 6 children in total that im aware of, 2 daughters, 1 of which he still has contact with but purely on the basis that her mother wont claim CSA. The other daughter, the mother he is still married to, is also trying to persue CSA payments, lovely man cut all ties with this little girl once he realised. A son somewhere in London, he doesnt see and his other young son with whom he lives with. Its this kind of person that needs the book throwing at them, not the ones who try their hardest to provide after a relationship breakdown.
I have been to my MP, and written a formal letter of complaint to the CSA. Waiting for response.

Dob them in to the Local Authority and Income Support as they are committing fraud.

Well after getting the ICE involved and the Local MP i finally have movement happening. The ICE have taken the case and are seeking criminal compliance, the csa have found the ex apparantly and the ex's partner is being looked at for fraud.
The father has also miraculously stumbled across a telephone and called his boys wishing to meet with them this weekend after 14 years, not before speaking with myself and telling me to 'back off' and stop making trouble for him, im a money grabbing ****** and he is a big man now and goes to the gym daily !!!! hmmmmmmm
So to all those seeking out ellusive fathers, dont give up no matter how many years pass by, these parents need to support their offspring regardless.

Thats because compliant NRPs like me are easy targets! Its harder work to track down and/or pursue non compliant NRPs.
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
