To Keep or Not to Keep?

Options
Hi there guys!

I would really appreciate your advice, it's not a serious problem or anything, I'm just not sure what to do.

I have recently lost a lot of weight and all my clothes are now hanging off me and generally looking pretty rubbish. I went to Sainsburys this morning and found a gorgeous pair of trousers which cost £20. I only went in for wrapping paper but I ended up buying the trousers because they fit beautifully and look great.

However, I only have £110 to last me until 20th July now. This is just 'housekeeping' so no bills to pay or anything. Just food and household stuff.

Do you think I should take the trousers back so I have an extra £20 in the budget? I know that would be the sensible thing to do but I hardly ever buy myself clothes.

What would you do?

Thanks in advance for your input!

EDIT: I mean 20th June not July - that would just be crazy! Sorry.

If you've lost alot of weight you deserve a pair of perfect fitting trousers as a reward and an incentive (A confidence boost). Just be careful with money you have left.

I'd keep and try to sell the clothes that don't fit on ebay. I think you need some kind of boost to keep you going. If you do decide to take them back however, Sainsbury are due to have a 20% off period coming up pretty soon, so look out for it, you could always buy them back then, but whether they will have your new size will be a gamble.

    good luck

Definately keep them, like the others have said just be very careful for the rest of the time, and next month budget some money in for yourself to buy the odd treat. I've managed to get some good charity shop bargains lately.

I think you should keep them, as a reward for losing the weight and a treat for doing so well. If you don't often buyclothes I think you deserve them. Is there anything you can sell on ebay or amazon, not necessarily clothes to return the £20?
