Hi,
Advice is needed please! I have a loan with Citi. Direct debit due on the 15th of each month. Last month my loan payment was taken out, then returned the same day. Citi sent me a letter apologising profusely and explaining they had returned my money.
Expecting loan to be taken out as usual yesterday and nothing. I have just given them a call and they tell me my loan is 'transferred' to Moneyway and that I need do nothing.
I have given Moneyway a call and they don't know of me!!!
What the hell do I do and who are Moneyway and how has this happened???
Part of me thinks: Whooopppeee! But I know that this will come back and get me when I least need it, so advice is much appreciated!
