Change to MINT T&C's?

Am I correct to understand that Mint have removed the £49 cap on using their credit card cheques?

I read this on the stoozing site. I have a leaflet from Mint with changes to my card T&C's from 1st of May 06, but i can't see this specific thing in there. However, if you look at the summary box on their website now, there is no mention of the 2% fees being capped.

Has the cap been removed for anyone using Mint, or just new customers?

Not that it makes a massive difference at the small credit limit i have on this card...
