Why is your boss renting your van from you? Is the money for this in addition to the £17,000 you're paid?0 -

Is your boss renting your van FOR you or FROM you? I am not much help, but I think that might be important.0

You are working for below the minimum wage then.........radio adverts about this at the moment and being expected to work over a certain number of hours per week. Can't recall the tel number they tell you to ring though. I suggest you try listening to your local radio station for the number. However, I don't know what they actually do for you in this situation?????0

....and don't forget that maximum 48 hour workweek we now have the legal right to. I presume you haven't been pressurised into signing an "op-out" from that?0

What does your contract say about booking leave?
How much money is outstanding to you?
How long have you been working for him?
How much is he renting the van from you for and is he paying this to you properly?0
