hi everyone i declared myself bankrupt 13th july just wondering if anyone can answer or give guidance on this,,,or has told me 4000 equity in my house,do they take estate agents and solicitors fees into account if they did this 4000 would virually dissapear or would they take an offer of say 2000 how long do you get to pay it can you have it as a charge on your house,hope someone can help,anyway after bankruptcy it feels a lot better now all the worry has gone its not that bad ill answer any questions about it if i can so please feel free to message me:rotfl::money::beer:

They do normally take estate agent and solicitors fees into account as well as early redemption on the mortgage, you can also barter with them. I dont know if you can pay it over a period of time as they assume if you have spare money it will go into a IPA, they normally want a family member or friend to buy it.0
