Spent total of £4.98 today in superdrug. On the essentials and some milk for work.
Hoping for a no spend day tomorrow.Took lunch to work, and made dinner from cupboard stock so was quite happy with myself on that one xxWealth is not measured by currency0 -
£10 on a new front door key being cut for OH's Mum (special key, not your average Yale = expensive) and that is it today. The lashing rain at lunchtime prevented me from going out and spending stupid money...every cloud has a silver lining!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
Sainsburys Loan: Cleared July 2010
Credit cards: AMEX Airmiles Card: direct debit set to clear balance monthly

Thank you...much appreciated...one good thing is I just looked at my ebay listing for my diving gear & its up to £200 with 6 days to go! Yahooooo! Just as well cos I got a bit overenthusiastic paying my CC bil which left me with £200 to pay day in a month but going to see how I do anyway...ones does like a challenge!! hehe...Emmzi wrote:Hugs fishy! I was doing so well until 6pm.DD needed 50p for girls' club. Not too bad I hear you say, but then I realised we had absolutely nothing in for lunches tomorrow so nipped to Asda after dropping her off.Result? A £51 spend as I had the 12 year old with me who took a fancy to a pair of jeans and a t-shirt, plus all the expensive fruit in the shop!
Then she was just about to pack her bag for school and couldn't find a protractor for her maths exam so I then had to go to Sainsbury's and waste £2.99 on a maths set because that was the only way I could buy one! Thank goodness it is payday next Tuesday, and hopefully that food will last till then, this seems to have been a really heavy month...0
