For a free copy of Time Educational Supplement, just call 0808 178 9452 and quote them EA23.
They will offer you either one free copy or three copies for £1 if you pay by direct debit - but beware as they will start charging a subscription rate after the 3 copies unless you cancel (albeit a 20% off rate).
When I called, I didn't even have to quote the code - I just asked for the free copy and that seemed to be ok
