Can someone please help me back at the beginning. I have completed the first 3 puzzles and now I don't know what to do to continue. I've read all the posts here, and i suppose I have to open either the briefcase or the drawer, but I'm completely stumped as to how to proceed.
Could someone help please?

Hi, obviously the column referred to in puzzle 3 is the Sir Christopher Wren column on Monument Street, which is 202ft high and commemorates the Great Fire of London. When I put the ultraviolet light on the page, i get the map. The place on the map indicates the grid position, hence the symbol.
That's fine.
Trouble is, half the puzzle seems to be trying to tell it that you know the answer.
She's asking the question 'to me, it looks like some kind of pillar. can you think of a similar image anywhere else in london?'
to which i type the street name, column name...it doesn't work. I know this is the answer, but how do i tell the computer????
