I don't think we need a secret word - just stay on the website press F5 every so often/ as many browsers open as poss/type fast/just refresh the item that you want to buy (though I can't think that there's anyone on here who's enough of a numpty to go off and look for other things to fill their basket with) and last hope for the best

I don't know how much of it is a joke, but I'd be very disappointed if a 'secret' word was to start doing the rounds.
Personally, I've checked in stores (getting the bus into town), reported the Tesco glitch to enable a good couple of dozen to get their hands on houses, and even asked about stuff I'm not looking for myself.

It goes against the spirit of the forum - you may as well set up a mini-separate forum.

For anyone who's not on the ebay group, there are no secret society-type postings on there! It's all a group trying to help with swaps and sells.
