That's funny ... if they followed that advice and put a 'We are offline performing maintainance' message up .... I know exactly what the folks here would do.

On seeing that mesage, people would announce it and then we would have may more people on, hitting F5 twice as fast as they might have because they would then know or have a good suspicion what was going on .. and serving the 'we are offline' messages consumes resources too.

I favour the element of surprise now.

I don't know about others, but what started off as a great laugh is now turning into a nightmare. I've spent hours on this over the last few days and am getting no where fast. If I haven't got the other bits by today, I'm giving up. Ebay here I will be coming.

Not wasted days on here. Too much to do.

That's it....I can't take this anymore!!!!

I tried for ages yesterday to get the surfboard and house for my friend (on Character) got all the way through to the visa verification stage....kept crashing and then went back to my basket and there was nothing in it. No confirmation email so don't think I got them.....but last week exactly the same thing happened when I tried to get Num Nums and Mr Squiggles.....then 4 days later my order turned up.......fingers crossed

They should just list the stock (website seems OK at the moment) then while everyone is looking for the announcement others can be buying the stock LOL
