I think maybe because they have listed each hamster individually instead of as one item ie. 'hamster no colour choice' they are going to have problems as people are ordering 1 of each item, there are 4 separate ones listed.

TRU crashed on me after veryfying with card issuer - didn't get to confirmation page so guess didn't get them - can't get back on now - I really need to go out but can't drag myself away just in case!

Here's how Play work....

They have backorders of items.

They get new stock in. Because of the way their stock system works, it then says "in stock" on the basis of this new stock.

People place orders, HOWEVER, the new stock is being used to fulfil the OLD back orders! So the people who order and get all excited with the "in stock" have actually just joined a queue!!!

Perservere with TRU I managed to grab 3 hammies for my sister's kids even though the payment bit crashed.... as long as you got you credit card details and card security bit submitted it will still honour the order by the looks of it
