Contact your bank and tell them what's happened - I had to do that a couple of years ago (trying to buy a wii!) and Nationwide were really helpful, hth

Important: Can anyone watching either zhuzhuhamster.co.uk OR gogohamster.com stockchecker please shut down (close not minimise) their window for now.

There must be so many folks on just now that is causing it to grind to a halt and urgent remedial action is necessary.

I will post when you can start using again.

Right now, it is of no use to anybody.

Therefore PLEASE SHUT DOWN THESE STOCKCHECKERS, especially if you should have both open .. that is unnecessary and causing a strain on our servers.

That's awful have you tried ringing and speaking to them in person, there was a phone number listed on this thread way back for them. I would get a copy of your statement showing they have taken money as well.

I'm after...a ball, a slide, mr squiggles and the car, oh and a pink bed....trying to resist buying from ebay atm but getting mr squiggles without sending myself into early labour is not looking good lol

Phoned Character and got through - finally - they are DEFINITELY not putting any more stock on today but it will be drip fed from tomorrow. You can't place orders over the phone for GO GO stuff so no point ringing them either.
