    Hi there
    I have been lurking on the thread for a while and now getting fed up. I can't believe I have been hunting for so long and yet to successfully get anything. I am even considering the ebay prices just so I can get my time back!

    This has been a great thread for info, just shame I am not fast enough on the keyboard!
