just phoned my local tesco homeplus (denton). she didnt have a clue what i was on about :rotfl: when she went off the phone i heard her talking to another woman who was in store asking for the same thing, she sounded so embarresed that she didnt know what the hoteest selling toy of 2009 was :rotfl::rotfl: how rude.........
anyway. they getting a delivery today but there is no guarantee they will be on the shelves today so i will ring again later

A little tip - toysrus tend to drip feed their stock throughout the day, so if they've listed houses just now, they probably will again at intermittent periods throughout the day - plus may be other items. That's how i got most of what I needed in the early days - I just kept refreshing their site for England...

Point taken. Maybe they are putting stuff out in dribbles again? Luckily I have mine and I think have got one for all the friends who have asked me but people do still keep asking!

oh poor you! keep checkng your nearby argos stores too- you can have them send you a text when back in stock - you have to do a separate request for each store. Worked for me on some Bendaroos which are hard to get!!
