Good job you did mention it otherwise some poor person might have bought it in desperation not knowing the truth!!!

  • The seller has come back to me and told me that they have revised the listing. Its now for all four and not just one as first advertised

I was wondering what all the fuss was about. I have seen hammies go
for > £30 so although a complete rip off no worse than others. I guess the original listing was for 1?

Anyways, they have to pay the listing fees so listing items that wont sell seems to be cost prohibitive.

Again, the real winner here is evilbay. I dread to think how many millions...they make each year?

They must be raking in 250 mil per year surely.. unreal.

I have been ripped off for years buying Lego there too. Greedy !!!!!!s buy up all the stock direct from Lego and then bang it on ebay for double the RRP.

Then there was the wii and wii fit fiasco which cost me £400.

These people must see me coming a mile off :(

  • If anyone is looking for the hamsters (sorry no playsets etc) in Leeds, they have them in the Asda in Pudsey, they've had all four on the shelves the last 3 times I've been in there over the last couple of weeks.
    MFW Start Sep 07 £79484, Now £58774

If people pay £30 people will try to sell them for it. It's business sense like it or not.

I'm really tempted to sell something over the odds to get and overpriced ball. The two would cancel each other out then.
  • why am i so obsessed with finding these damn critters????
im supposed to be finding the best deal on dj hero for ps3 !! not doing too well i must admit as the hamster hunt seems to be taking over my life lol
anyone know the best deal for the dj hero?? or have any codes been floating around that i could possibly use? the sooner its out the way the sooner the hamster hunt can be taken to the next level heehee

I'm tempted to do the same - selling something for the price of a ball doesn't seem so ridiculous anymore.
