There's lots and lots of stuff on Ebay, over 1500 items - browse through the listings and keep your eyes peeled for spelling mistakes, alternate names 'Zhu Zhu' instead of 'Go Go' etc and you may get lucky and find something that's had no bids.

I've noticed 'sets' popping up on there now for £500+ - which is ridiculous. I managed to get everything for about £120. It must be really frustrating for you guys - good luck with your hunting!

I just orders 1 hamster from hamleys, yes i know it's £14 plus P&P but when i take into account all the time wasted refreshing pages and hunting stock plus paying petrol money to go hunting in town which is 30 miles away its almost a bargain to me.

Do hamleys have these in stock ready as it says loads of stuff in the T&C's about fulfilling orders and no contrat to supply goods is made until the item is despatched?

hi im a new hamster hunter! i live manchester area, telephoned wilkinsons ashton under lyne and they getting delivery on thursday, its a night delivery so will be on shelves friday morning. she said thats what the computer was telling her but not to take it as a definate and to either call in or ring first thing. very helpful girl

Hi everyone

I am new to this Hamster thing too and had no idea it would be so difficult to get. My girls would both like a hamster but not planning to get any accessories at the moment until I see if they like the hamsters.

So my challenge is to find two hamsters, hopefully different ones, so will be keeping a close watch on here.
