Years and years ago a guy and I were given a job of personalising apology letters to businesses regarding an error that Midland Bank had made in sending them a helpline number but which turned out to be a local resident's number in error! Myself and Phil had to print off the standard letters and then sign them personally as members of staff.

After a few hourse we started being a tad naughty and were signing the letters with funny names, ie celebrities etc.

We only got one reply back to us to thank us for the apology and I will never forget my manager coming out of his office and reading the letter out to us all, "Dear Esther Rantzen"!!!!:rotfl:

Yeah think it was...she aint having much luck keeping her details secret by the look of it!..don't know whether to mention it to PLAY or not?... need to know if it was a one off of more widespread problem

Well I just ordered 2 more because I didnt realise they could be beds or carriers. If I get duplicate items I will trade/sell over on our group. What are the chances of 2 x pink beds and 2 x pink carriers coming
