  • Hi everyone. Earlier this evening I went into Tesco at Fforestfach which is a big store. The toy department had no sign of anything Go Go and when I asked a female staff member she had no idea and didn't even know what a Go Go Hamster was!

What! She didnt know what one was? lol! :p
  • I had 3 emails at 3.48am and one at 12.28pm today from tesco after I asked to be notified of stock, all said the same thing but 1 was for each hamster:

We are continuing to monitor this product for you and will email you as soon as it comes back into stock.

This is a weekly reminder that you asked us to track the following product for you:

Item 206-8595 - Go Go Pets Hamster Mr. Squiggles

We're sorry to let you know that it has not yet come back into stock.

We are continuing to monitor this product for you and we will email you as soon as it comes back into stock, or if it does not come back into stock send you a further update in 7 days.

If you would like us to stop tracking this product for you and not send any further "back in stock" emails, please cancel your registration here.

Please note that our Customer Service Centre does not have access to any further stock information, and it may take a week or two before new stock is available. We are unable to guarantee any prices or promotions as part of this service.

    Kind regards,

    The Tesco Direct Team

I have cancelled the updates because its pointless, they were in stock Saturday am and they never notified me - I found out off you guys on here and my friend managed to get one delivered to store :T (I already have mine but am helping her now ) To be fair though had they emailed me they would have probably been sold out as they went that quick but they could have emailed friday to say stock due some time tomorrow or something.... every little helps :rotfl:!!

Oops I did it again! Last week I received a hamster from Play that I didn't need and passed it on at cost to someone on here! I don't think it's breaking rules as I didn't profit at all! Today I've got a card through the door from Mr Postman saying I have another parcel from Play. I went on to my account and its the car and garage! I bought it from Argos after someone at Play customer services saidfd they wouldn't get them in now and didn't cancel that either!! I have got a surfboard on order that I havenbn';t found elsewhere so fingers crossed for that!

In the meantime if anyone in Durham area wants a car and garage at rrp £14.99 please let me know! I promise I'm genuine and just very stupid lol!

I know i'm going to make myself very unpopular here and I do understand that people doing this on this thread are trying to be generous and kindhearted but it is breaking rules on MSE and the amount of it that has happened on the thread is putting the thread in danger of being closed.

The rules are there for good reason. Quite simply, we do not know who any of us are on this forum. Exchanging personal details and arranging payment for things in this unprotected way is risky.

I'm sorry, I know intentions are good but I do feel this needs to stop.

Go ahead and shout at me now! :o

  • Have just finished an awful 13 hour shift at work. Have been to Tesco Extra, Asda, Sainsburys and Boots (in Eastbourne) on the way home, but nothing? I am wondering if I will ever get anything as there wasn't even a space for them on the shelves?
I am starting to wonder why I am still doing this?

I've just created that group on ebay. If you have an ebay id then you can join and that way any exchanges or sales can be done by members of the group if it is against the rules on here to exchange or sell?

    What do you think?
Went to the paper shop - it had blown away.
