I was in Hamleys yesterday and some woman in front of me got the last damn Hamster  but there was balls, surfboard, skateboard and garage. I don't have the house so I just got a ball.0

£40 is too much, I paid £11.99 for the Ball in Sainsbury and £14.99 each for the Slide and Wheel, definitely worth seeing what Character and the other online store have this week and also will be checking instore at TRU and Wilkinson this week, am interested to see what they get and when and how quickly they sell.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

Argos seem to get these regularly. Try after 7pm on the reserve for store pick-up. Try local stores and one will probbly have it. The other night I found loads of them and posted on here. They seem to come back after 7pm (during the week not sure about today).0 -

That's useful - thanks! I've been checking Boots, Toys R Us, Asda and Argos online but they are always out of stock when I check, I bought a house from Argos a few weeks ago and then got one in TRU for £2 cheaper and I took the Argos one back last week, couldn't be bothered to list it on Ebay, luckily they had a 30 day moneyback guarantee as it was nearly 2 weeks after I bought it that I took it back, at least the money went back on my credit card.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -

Depends what time the store closes, some stay open til 8pm whereas other smaller stores shut at 5.30, so you need to try those earlier as that's when they release items that were reserved but not collected.0 -
I've just remembered that years ago, the must have christmas toy was Tracy Island - the Thunderbirds base. These were sold out everywhere so on the programme Blue Peter, they did one of those 'look what you can make with some cardboard, yogurt pots, paint, and sticky backed plastic' type of things and came up with a pretty good replica and you could get the fact sheet off them on how to make it. May be someone should contact Blue Peter and get them to do a hamster house :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:or better still what about a hotel or an apartment block!!!:snow_laug Maximouse loves the build up to Christmas :santa2:0

I remember them doing the Tracy Island on Blue Peter, this is the first year I've bought the number 1 toy haven't chased around for anything before, my kids are 5, 4 and 18 months so just getting into saying what they want, will make sure I'm prepared again next year and find out what the number 1 toy will be.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
