I'm really sorry if this has been asked recently, (I have been reading todays posts, honest I have) but is the stock that Character are expecting to arrive on 18th November going to include more hamsters do we think? And if Character gets the stock in on 18th, does that mean the likes of Tesco direct, Asda, Argos, Wilkinsons direct etc, will have more stock on that date too?

I don't think I'll ever be quick enough to get another hamster on either amazon or play (if they ever come back down to near the rrp) online, so it looks like I'll be relying on reserving at the above stores for collection, as well as inspecting the shelves around Notts.

First post so not sure if I'm doing this right but anyway...just seen the hamsters for £22.99 on play as well but it says they're actually being sold by mailorderexpress....would this be the same mailorderexpress that have all hamsters out of stock on their own website (where they're on at normal rrp)??!!

Have you tried looking on some of the pet websites for (real) hamster accessories, think farmergiles posted a few links earlier this week, you may get something you could use as a substitute.

You're best bet is getting one on www.wilkinsonplus.com when they get their next stock in next week so keep checking (or check your local store). They do free delivery to store. Some Wilkinsons have the other hamster stuff but not all Wilkinsons though and i've certainly never seen anything other than the hamsters online.

Yes there was a lovely cute snowman one! That was going to be one of my jobs today, visiting our newly-opened Pets at Home, but two sick children meant I didn't get any of my jobs done. Never mind, I cuddled my feverish babies instead.

My guess is Yes ... and as fyi. MOX took orders for hamsters 20 at a time ... so congratulations for Hooray for Toys and others that imposed limits for sticking up for parents.

Question is ... is the stock listed on Play coming from the same inventory that sold out ... or had they split the stock to sell via the two channels? ... i.e. could it already be sold out via Play when MOX updates the stock positions overall

I asked at my local wilkinsons today about when stock was coming in Lady said she didn't know, i asked if she had a general idea. answered no. So i said i'd read online that it was due in on the 17th/18th she then said yes it is...then quickly changed to "oh don't know you'll just need to keep checking back".She really didn't want to tell me anything.......perhaps she wanted to make sure that the staff got first dibs on it

JUst had my email from Hooray to say my House has been despatched!!! Yay - SHould get that Monday as delivered by Parcelforce who don't work Sats really. My despatch was delayed as i wasn't sure whether i was ordering the slide as well - I think this company is fab!!
