I emailed her as I was in similar position - very nice lady there said they were very sure they would be able to fulfil orders when their stock came in - end of November, so I wouldnt worry unduly. Actually are you sure you didnt get an email as well ? my ordre was done on tues and I got a bulk email later on in the afternoon - maybe check your junk email folder??

I know this is obvious but why don't you just ring them then you can get an answer straight away.

not sure if anyone has posted but if you click on the new and used bit on the hammies on play it actually says its mail order express selling them not play x
