How do you cancel the order at Play.com as I ordered the skateboard and surfboard but just bought them so don't need them, did you just ring up of do you log into your account and do it that way.

Log onto account and go to orders, then you can click to cancel each individual item. HTH

Hello

I went into my play.com account into outstanding orders. On the page should be your orders and on the left for each order it has a red "cancel" order button / link. You click on that then click on the cancel order on the next page and i think thats it and it is cancelled. You need to do that for every item you want to cancel.
