Argos Haverhill have 5 cars in stock

Wasn't going to bother with these after reading all the problems on here, and DD1 had only mentioned them vaguely.
Sadly yesterday she handed me her christmas list for santa, I had everything but "some clothes and shoes" and "toy hamsters" arggh.

Clothes are easy (she has more shoes than emelda marcos so don't think we will bother with them lol) but hamsters . She insisted all her friends are getting them. Need 2 really as DD2 will not be happy if she misses out.

OH is checking at lunch in a few places, but if not going to try character at 2-30.

If you are on at 2.30 you should be lucky. Also by the time you've paid postage ebay isn't necessarily a bad option.

OK Oh just rang none in b & m bargains,asda and Makro (live in lancashire)

But Makro (a whole salers in preston) had loads of toys on sale. If anyone has a card for them these are serious bargains. Can't remember them all now but know a few items that should have been £15-£20 were down to £2.50-£3.00.

Was going to get one of those toy glow worms for our toddler, about £10 online was the cheapest I saw. Oh got one for £2 . Got a few stocking fillers as well.

If I can only get those hamsters we are virtually there for christmas.

Have just ordered wheel and car from Play.com both showing as in stock. On going through checkout car said 'order placed' which from experience means I'll get it and wheel says 'order taken' which from experience means it's on back order. Mmmm will post progress a it happens!

if i dont get a house and some hamsters my wheel and garage and blankets may be redundant, anxiously waiting for 2.30........
