I dont care if people can spell in forums, as long as i can understand what they mean then thats fine with me, my DF is dyslexic and he is a mechanical engineer, so it hasnt held him back.

Im defo not sticking up for the trolls, im sticking up for everyone who have issues with spelling and grammar.
My DS who is 7 has the education skills of an 11 year old and has been moved up a year at school, my DD who is 2 is showing signs of heading the same way. Private education no thanks i have better things to spend my money on like hamsters.
I knew some people who were privately educated - they hated every second of it, they rarely went home in the holidays as their parents were ''to busy''. To busy to look after your own children so shove them in boarding school - nice.
(scientific tests have proved that it doesnt matter how you spell words, as long as the 1st and last letters are in the right place)
Funny-onion, i read your reply from the gamblers commision, well done and keep up the hard work.
Certainly the comments I made re spelling and grammar were directed solely at the trolls. I have no genuine issue with how people spell or write. The fact that the troll was making such an issue out of education prompted me to attack their use of language. I think that education doesn't alter whether you are a good or bad person and would certainly not judge someone based on how many degrees etc they do or don't have. I just couldn't resist pointing out the trolls mistakes as they were so keen to try and have a go at usxx

Princess,
Please be assured that the remarks made (by all of us) in response to the troll were aimed specifically at her/him. Grammar etc was only attacked on the basis that the troll was holding her/himself out as being highly educated.
No offence was meant to anyone (other than troll!) xx0 -
Is that the gang of "I will get my baby anything - just for a quiet life" gang - if it is no thanks.
My children are privately educated, unspoilt and will one day help run the county - a bit like their daddy (shame on you who said I was divorced earlier!! - do not taint me with your own values!!)!
Good God we have Cherie Blair on the forum!!0 -

I was posting about hamsters availability - the majority of you choose to make assumptions about me so I replied. In the way that is appropriate. If it offends sorry, I suggest you drag yourselves from the computer. Your comments neither offend or even register. I only reply because it is quite funny to see how offended you get. If something is upsetting you it is usually because it is true. If you are spoiling your children - dont , teach them to be better than you will ever be, if you are insulted or intimidated by my education, get yourself better educated (there are such things as night schools I believe,), if your feeling upset because your being judged, it is you that should step back and look at your own lifes.
This is just something to pass the time for me, car is coming soon to take me to squash, hubby is in a meeting on reducing the carers allowance so you cant claim for that sick relative (for gods sake your related you should be caring for them for free) and my children are probably out at chess club or debating society so go get a life yourself.
Bye for now - will chat tomorrow, if it warrants my time.
This is my first post, but have been browsing for some time, I want one I have found most of your replies very amusing, but I think you over stepped the mark with this one. I find of great concern if you are as highly educated as you make out, that you can make such a discriminative and degrading comment about families caring for sick relatives. As a Children's nurse I work with many families who find themselves in the position where they need and are entitled to claim carers allowance. Many parents are put in a position where they have to give up there jobs in order to care for their children. I also work with families where children are carers for their parents, and they really need all the help they can get. By the way you don't have to be related to claim it either, as long as you are a full time carer.
Sorry to bring this up again everyone, just had to say it.
