Ha, ha, hilarious :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Their prices are a bit above the RRP but quite honestly I cannot fault them for their service. Every phone call, answering machine message, and e mail, to them over the weeks has been answered promptly with all the information asked for - hence me being able to post info on this forum. Their website worked well when we were are pre-warned of a massive amount of stock being listed a couple of weeks ago and the orders appear to have been received promptly.
This description is also true of the great service i've received from www.character-online.com.
I have to say that I cannot fault the customer service at Hooray for toys (I have no connection to them). I had to contact them as I was unfortunate to have a faulty hamster add on set. Carol was extremely friendly and helpful and managed to get me a replacement within a reasonable amount of time. Considering they have been snowed under with hamster orders and have been working late her attitude was amazing. I would certainly recommend them to anyone:T0 -

That was me - i seem to have been extremely unlucky with these furry fun sets. I had a fun house which arrived with 2 bathrooms rather than one of each room that it should have. I also ordered a wheel from a different company only for that to arrive with parts missing. Everything else that I have managed to get hold of seems to be okay but I really would urge everyone to check their goodies. I have listed this a couple of times but in the mass of messages it's easy for it to have been missed and for newcomers to have been unaware.
The lady at Hooray for Toys said that I am the only person who has contacted her with any problems so far so hopefully I've just been very unlucky and you will all be fine.
