It is because you ordered three. I spoke to a manager this morning. They used fraud system to pick up and cancel orders with more than two. I wished I had read the site a bit more carefully. After I had placed the order I saw the notice that I did not spot in my haste. I thought they might knock one off but not cancel the whole order.

Well i have been all over Swindon in the hopes of getting lucky today and finding some of the elusive little blighters,but to no avail,asda said they have been having a regular supply of them over the last few weeks only the same bloke keeps coming in and clearing the shelves,they know who he is now an dhave put a stop to it apparently,sainsburys had never heard of them hahahaha said they dont stock them ,not a sniff in tesco,and TRU i posted above about ,i think i am going to scream lol

There was a maximum of two per order. Am sure someone else that ordered 3 had their order cancelled too.

Yeah my husband was queued up at 5.30am:eek: to get one form makro, you are limited to a hamster and a plaything - ball/slide/skateboard but with a hamster in the box too Some people tried to bring other people one woman brang 10 and tried to get one each but only allowed one and one playset(with hamster) per card :mad:! Just remember to check what hammy is inside with the playtoy so you dont double up (unless you want to). My local store only had 20, but apparently will be getting more just dont know when yet!:rolleyes:

Thanks, postman has been today but the normal postman hasn't but I think what I've ordered would be too big for him to carry, unless it comes by courier.
