I got an email from Argos to say hamsters were back in stock, but online it says for fairness you need to check with your store locally and items can not be reserved. I've reserved over the phone, but you can only reserve 1 at a time, it seems if you put in more than 1 it tells you it can not reserve your item even though it says the amount can be up to 4.

Hope this helps somebody.

Finally gave in and bought the surfboard from ebay. Was so fed up of spending hours every day searching and hoping.....have actually got jobs done around the house now (have even put the Christmas tree up in my excitement!!!).

On a slightly different note....got soooooo excited at the weekend when I managed to reserve a house at Argos (gave the reservation code to a friend at work)......she went all the way down to the store only to be told they didn't have it in stock - glitch with their internet system. Not sure whether I believe them or whether someone kept it for themselves. Needless to say my poor friend was gutted :-( ...the search for some continues....good luck to all of you :xmassmile:xmassmile

Good Morning all - here's to another day of Hammie Hunting.
Im thrilled to say I has a sleepless night - all because I was afraid I would sleep in and not make it to Makro this morning for 7am. Thankfully I made it and for all of my efforts -:T:T I got a ball !!! :j:j Obviously very very happy but very very tired too!.

JUst to let you all know - if you can get to a Makro Store today - they have Surfboard & SLeepdomes/Skate Boards & U-Turns and Adventure Balls - all of which come with a Hamster included in the box for a total of £17.24 including vat! A Bargain when you consider the RRP's. :beer:

Also, I placed an order yesterday for one of the Add Ons from El Corte Ingles and got an email response confirming they have received the order - much better news the other attempts I have made to order from them!

What sort of age r these gogo hamsters 4? Ive got a fun house and a hamster 4 my daughter who will b 7 in january am now wonderin if its a waste as she might have grown out of them in a few months.
