Not sure if this applies across all stores but Coventry gates open at 6 and store opens at 9. Not sure on the actual time you'll see a staff member....0 -

Hello Again! So this morning there was around 15 people waiting, which doesn't seem a lot to me and they all got what they wanted.
So, SATURDAY MORNING. The gate for the car park opens at 6 but the store doesn't open until 9! (I think people in the queue are given a voucher/ticket so when in store people can't push in). They have also upped the quantity allowed. You can now get TWO hamsters and 1 of each accessory. Think I said that correctly, like you can get the whole accessory set (if it's available of course) but if you want two surfboards or whatever, you need to take a friend. I think that's pretty good, two hamsters instead of one too.
Have a good day.
(The store is located just off junction two of the M6)
I managed to buy a ball from TRU after queueing this morning. They are now allowing you to buy 2 hamsters, 1 house and 1 accessory (not 1 of each accessory). I started queueing at 6.30 and was second in line, the other person had arrived at 5.00  By the time the store opened the queue was along the front of the building and down the back. I'm not sure how many hamsters our store had but they had 21 houses and the stock of the accessories was varied, yesterday they had 5 balls, today just the 2.
They are really good at the ticket distribution, they make sure that they only give out the right amount of tickets dependent on how many houses, etc you have but even when you have your ticket you need to stay in line to ensure you don't lose your place. The guy behind me today had gone to TRU yesterday, received his ticket and then gone for a Maccie D's, when he went back to get into the queue he'd lost his place and although he got hamsters, he didn't get the choice which he would have done had he not left the queueSealed Pot Challenge Member 1273VSP 2011 Member 92 - 723.070 -
