It's Official Toysrus and Paypal don't know what they are doing!!!

This is ridiculous. You have 6 paypal payments of mine pending. Here is a mail from paypal

I understand you would like to cancel the order which is currently pending
on your account. We do apologise for the inconvenience but please be
advised that as much we would like to cancel that for you it is impossible
for us to do so.


You must contact the merchant in order to cancel an existing authorisation.
It is not possible to cancel an authorisation from your PayPal account.

Please note:

• The merchant can take multiple settlements of smaller amounts to make up
the total for one authorisation. The amount of each settlement is deducted
from the total amount you have authorised
• If the amount captured by the merchant is lower than the original
authorisation, the difference in funds will be returned to your PayPal
balance when the payment completes
• The authorisation will expire if it is not captured after 29 days

We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Please deal with this immediately before I need to contact Trading Standards. I have already waited a week on the first 2 transactions.

This is STUPID. I am sooooo :mad::mad::mad: on your behalf. Its bad enough that I have 1 payment frozen on a credit card, let alone 6 from paypal.

Really hope Martin can help us all xxx

I've been stung by someone asking me to get them hamsters, so I ordered from john lewis, paid the postage etc. and then they said they didn't want them! Luckily mums in the playground bought them from me and paid the postage i'd paid too, but of course if the local argos fills up then you'd be out of pocket on the postage if nobody wanted to buy them off you and you had to post them back to the retailer etc.

Paypal, can't do anything till the ruddy merchant sends a simple fax, what is tru issue? they send a fax saying u dont owe !!!!!! all then paypal drop the pending.
I don't get why tru are playing stupid.
Ask paypal if tru send a fax stating nothing is owed to them will they drop the hold?
