What are the chances of TRU listing stuff in the morning, My nearest TRU is in newcastle a 3 hour drive away?

What time does stuff normally go in stock? So i can be prepared.

For all of you hammy hunters - don't give up hope. I managed to get 4 hamsters from TRU online last week (delivered yesterday) then decided they didn't look much on their own so decided to hunt down balls to go with them. Spent most of yesterday F5ing this thread and stock checker but no joy. Then decided to phone round a few stores, firstly Tesco who told me none in stock and not having any in. I then phoned TRU who told me there would be a few in stock today. So dragged my mum along with me and we managed to get 2 balls (1 each). Came back and spent another hour in front of PC and managed to get another one from TRU. That's it I thought no more hammy hunting for me - I came to the conclusion my son is only 2 and can make do with just a hamster (the others are for his cousins). I then went to do my BIG SHOP at Tesco and couldn't believe my eyes when sat on the shelf amongst the Barbie dolls was a ball. I just had to grab it!!

So a word of advice - Mr Squiggles and co are out there somewhere if you search hard enough.

Must now be very kind to hubby between now and Xmas as he's threatening to put the lot on ebay if I even mention the H word!!!!

I have managed to get hold of 2 hammies for my daughter and my niece but am still searching for add ons accessories - I promised the hamster for my nieces birthday next week, I don't think that she or her mother have a clue how hard they are to get hold of but i don't want to let her down! if i just try and get her 1 add on/accesory to go with it what is the best/easiest thing to get? Sounds like ball is impossible but is the house worth having if you have nothing else? I think my DD will be happy with just a hammie as she is only 4 and hasn't got a clue - only got her one as I know when she sees her cousin's she will fall in love!!!! Also has anyone tested them out with dogs in the house.. a bit worried that mine will just eat it!!!

I will help it upto 900 pages cause was outside tru early this morning, even the mice know there is some rodents in my house. I heard one in the cavity of my wall hope it does not find a way into the house. Otherwise that will need wheels in place of its legs by the time i have finished with it lol

Surely theres only so many balls a hamster can have if you have a spare one i will gladly relieve you of it :T
