When I was a student we used to put up the Christmas tree at midnight on 30th November/1st December... Goodness, Christmas seemed to last forevvvvver!

Now I have to debate the whole business with DH who - if he could - would insist on the tree going up at midnight on Christmas Eve...

Perhaps I'll do a guerilla action... Tiptoe down the stairs... Quietly put up the tree... And in the morning claim it must have been Santa's Little Elves.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Last year we had the tree tucked behind the coffee table in the corner, but think we need to rethink that this year as he climbs and is taller now
