Pre authorisations block up your available spend though Thats enought to complain about, you should be demanding that they get their authorisations team to reverse the authorisation. I think its disgraceful that they think you should just wait for it to drop off. eg, if you only had a credit limit of £200 and you put through an order for £150, they mess up and the order isn't going to be fulfilled, that authorisation sits there leaving you only £50 available to spend until it drops off your account, (which can take up to 10 days-normally happens within 3-5 though). They can get it reversed, but they can't be bothered!
