I posted this earlier - and I rang up later they said that they hadn't had any in but I DON'T BELIEVE them!! grrr

I had the same problem. I rang up this morning and was told there was none in stock but went to the store anyway and they had them in stock. They also rang another store and I got the last hammie I needed.

I believe that the staff are putting them away but I was also told that they have been told to say on the phone they have none in stock and only for customers who come into store. They are kept under the customer service desk .

    Hope this helps:j
  • Im just going to go and hit F5 constantly on cuddy's site so appologies if i cause it to crash..... but i am GUTTED i missed this. Bonus is I have helped to save lives today!

LBM 16/5/14 - too much to count!
  • 20? rediculas!! But I bet they don't cancel bulk orders. Why are they even going to care? Surely these bult items got confirmation too? I didn't read about bulk orders but tbh I didn't even look ;)
  • Just had a call back from the cuddys. he said he would only ring me back if there is a problem....... He has said their system basically out of its depths with the volume of ordrers which came in. They are only new to the internet. They are working through the orders but it would appear there are more orders processed than stock available. So some of us will get emails (am assuming I am one of them) to tell us that they are unable to process our ordersicon9.gif Am assuming I am one of them.

I truely believe that Cuddys are genuine, poor lady who I spoke to could not understand what had just happened, and she was simply stunned but sounded 101% genuine, makes a change for a little store to get something from all this madness instead of the big boys and the other time wasters like blahdvd and such,.

However we need to be careful, if someone set up a site with hamsters and did not have any they could rob us all, because all we are seeing is the "Add to Basket" and "In Stock" signs.

I did a quick search for Cuddys and the website came up plus I noticed Freddie is an established MSEr, not a newbie, so I decided to risk it! I dont have a mass of money in my account for anyone to steal anyway... had just enough for the hammie and ball I ordered.

Neither do I but they steal it anyway! :(

I'm sure Cuddly's website is fine but do be careful online folks when ordering - check secure symbols etc...(know it's hard though trying to get stock)

It seems odd that over all my years of online shopping this has never happened until now :(

yes, but fingers crossed- the greedy so and so's trying to order 20 at a time may just compensate for the excess orders and everyone will get one of everything and balance will be restored :p
July- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments
