I just spoke to someone who was helpful at customer services @ TRU, and they said that those of us who paid by Paypal this morning for items that weren't in stock WILL be refunded, it just might take a `few days` to drop back into our accounts. I told her about this thread on here and she said she'll have a read tonight, so maybe we'll have someone official from TRU on here later

I think it's the luck of the draw as to who you speak to, the woman I spoke to earlier was as much use as a chocolate fireguard and told me I needed to speak to Paypal (who of course then said I need to speak to TRU!!!)

ordered squigs & ball but won't be jumping up and down 'til they arrive. Postage to Notts was also £4 something; they really need to learn to spell - "Hamaster" and "Adderess" lol
